Interview
i was one of many interviews for the day. Seems like the whole office was just there doing interviews. It took about 10-15 minutes for each interview. Music was playing loud in the lobby. HR person was like the "secretary" answering calls the whole time and talking to future interviewees.

Interview
Horrible when I asked the manager what kind of marketing they did she scheduled me a 2nd interview and said they would answer that then. I found out that they did door to door marketing by the reviews not by them! Very misleading I have to much experience to go knock on my neighbors doors to make a sale. I drove 30min for a 5min chat!! Waste of time
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Midwest Development Corporation (Naperville, IL) in Dec 2015
Interview
I interviewed on a Saturday morning, which should have been my first clue. The doors were locked outside and there were about 15 unemployed twenty-somethings wandering around looking for the place we were supposed to go. The interview was quite literally 5 minutes long. The president, Kristina, asked me 2 or 3 extremely generic questions followed by rapid firing sales jargon at me. She did not allow for me to ask any questions so I quite literally left their office feeling as if I had no idea what positions I had just interviewed for. It rubbed me the wrong way so much so that I didn't feel comfortable leaving the names of my references with them.
