First interview was a phone interview with HR. The second and final round was with the Medical Director in person. HR gave basics on onboarding process, and job description. Second interview was more my experience and provider responsibilites.

I interviewed with one of the regional managers and the interview was very laid-back. She gave me lots of information about the company and really gave me good vibes about working for MEC.

The interview had to be rescheduled several times because they kept forgetting the interview. Very disorganized. The woman who did interview me seemed uninterested, did not ask me any questions outside of why I wanted to work there. Making it very difficult to hold a conversation with her. I felt like I was the one conducting the interview. I couldn’t help but feel like she was being discriminatory
