Midwest Orthopaedics at Rush interview questions

Quick (within days) to reach out for phone interview upon application submission. Phone interview scheduled via online scheduling system, easy to use and reschedule if needed. Recruiter not fully knowledgeable of PA responsibilities just general idea of role. Not great at maintaining communication. I sent a follow up email a week later and the recruiter responded almost a week later stating “sorry they were busy” and that they’re still in the process of deciding. It has been 2 weeks and no update if position is filled.

Phone interview with the administrative team followed by an in person interview with one of the teams physician assistants and the physician himself. Interview took about 1 hour in total.
