Interview
I met with the boss in Omaha, it was very laid back, and overall an all right experience. He asked basic behavioral questions, nothing technical about gear. He then asked me some nearly inappropriate questions (the guy is incredibly crazy) about substances.

Interview
One meeting with the management. Then a week long process of training to see if I would fit the job. I was in a group interview for my first interview. We all chatted as a group and it was very simple. We got to meet the President of the company.
