      I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Miele

      Interview

      Process was intense but good candidate engagement from the fellow HRBP. Initial application was done via the website after seeing the role via LinkedIn. Standard CV upload with a section to outline why Miele. This was followed by an initial telephone screening with the fellow HRBP that was thorough and in depth but still remained friendly and warm. Shortly after the telephone screening I was asked to confirm an interview date and time. Interview was in person at the HQ. This was a mix of: CV overview and motivations, competency based questioning, personality based questions and a task based exercise. The interview felt the right level of challenging and certainly tested all areas. Interviewers were friendly and warm, with a strong focus on building brand avocacy. There was a timeframe between interview and offer however the HRBP maintained contact regularly, providing reassurance.
