Phone call from sales manager first. Then invited to group job dinner with about 15 people. Final interview with Greg Miller - VP of sales. Personality test to follow then verbal offer.
I applied through other source. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Milestone Community Builders (Austin, TX) in Sept 2012
Interview
Promises big potential and sales candidate on the idea of what they might make but its all a lie. They look for a gullible person. They keep a group of 4 to 5 people in training positions so that you can be replaced at any time. They interview they tell you that they are waiting on a spot to open up in a new community. What they do not tell you is that they fire people so often that they have to keep the new recruits in the holding pin until they need to get rid of the next one who is due for a sizeable commission check.
