Pathetic and unprofessional HR. She never responds to emails and calls even if she promises to respond you, schedules interview even without confirming before you. She will get back to you after 6-7 days. The interviewer will treat you like that you are going to work for him and that too on his condition. They expect you to work on weekends and late at night. No job security, No good hike. Never join such companies where you get such experience at interview level itself.
