I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Milestone Promotions (Houston, TX) in Apr 2014
Interview
Had a brief phone interview first. Then was called back for a face to face interview. Went to the interview and was asked the normal questions about myself and my goals. I was asked to read from a script, which I assume is the script they use for selling. The position I was looking for was in the office, not in sales.

I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Milestone Promotions (Houston, TX) in June 2013
Interview
Very informal, office seemed fairly new, not many people, white walls, ect. Pretty quick time between applying and interviewing. Correspondence was mainly through phone calls with some email. Quickly became apparent was not the role described.

Interview
The interview process was very different, it consisted of 3 parts: an initial interview in the office location, the second was on-site at an event. I really liked that they had us go out to an event to see what the training program consisted of on a day-to-day basis. The third part of the interview was conducted over the phone for me, which consisted of a few follow-up questions and a job offer.
