I was approached by a recruiter. The interview process only consisted of one interview with the employer. Not many technical/code related questions. More focused on conflict resolution within a team etc.
Basic HR Discussion with questions regarding interviewee as well the interviewees skills and goals in the future. The CTO gave a tour of the offices as well as explained what they do at Milkor.
The interview process is casual. Milkor has a very strong and caring HR team.
In the interview they try to get to know you as a person to assess your suitability for the role.
