      I was interviewed by 2 groups. Both contained 3 employees. First group: Project Manager, Superintendent, and an Executive Project Manager. The second group: 2 Project Managers and another Executive Project Manager. I was with each group for about 20 minutes.

      Two interview process. The questions were direct, and technically focused. They asked for 10 questions about the company after the interview. It's very important you ask questions about the position/responsibilities/what success looks like, not about PTO, and salary. Let those negotiations begin once you receive an offer.
