Pre-screening interview was an hour long test of 4 parts: writing email to angry customer, excel test of rearranging info in columns, GMAT-type math test, and listing factors to take into account in making decisions.

Interview
1) Math Assessment: This math assessment is based on the numerical problem solving section of the GMAT. This test will give us insight into your analytical and critical thinking skills as well as your ability to work with numerical data.
2) Written Assessment: This written assessment will allow us to evaluate your ability to communicate, simulating an email response to a client request.
3) Excel Assessment: An exercise to assess your comfort level (speed and accuracy) of working in Excel and comfort level working with larger volumes of data. The version you will be using is Excel 2003.
4) Critical Thinking Assessment: Brainstorming question to assess your ability to think through a problem in both broad and detail oriented ways.
