Started with a phone interview which covered basic questions such as why Millennium Space Systems, what you know about the company, and a few questions about your experience. After 1-2 weeks, they reached out to me to set up a 1-hour in-person interview which went more in-depth on my resume while asking select questions that covered the job itself. They mentioned a second interview with the manager which would cover how you work with the team and deal with certain situations, however, I have not been reached back to since. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I felt that the interviewers did a great job making the entire process smooth.
