Interview
I applied for the position online and received a call form a Human Resources specialist within the same week to arrange a "meeting". In the first meeting, they were really just getting to know me as an individual. Questions did not stray far from my past work experience, education, and interest in working for the Miller Group.
I was contacted for a second interview with the Regional Manager, were I was asked more behavioural based questions, career goals, salary expectations, etc.

Very Professional and all aspects were evaluated - competencies, behaviors and driving forces. The interviewers were very professional and prepared. The explained the role very well and cleared all doubts
