Forgot when I applied but HR reached out and did a phone screening. Within a week I spoke to two partners in the same video call. They didn't interview me, it was just them talking about the position and company and handing it to me for further questions. Very conversational. Asked when I should hear back and was told that HR would reach out by the end of the week. Got ghosted very unprofessional

2 step interview, was very easy. They asked me basic questions and felt more conversational. first round was recruiter and second round was with manager. There were no technical questions asked

They said they would let me know the decision early in the week but I didn’t get notice till Friday morning and I asked for feedback and they didn’t give me any.
