You speak with a recruiter to review the role and answer any questions. Then you interview with the manager. I was then invited into the office to meet with the managers, tour the office and meet co-workers

All they seemed to care about was how much money I needed and low they could pay me. Kids out of college in this field with no experience are making 70K+ a year now.... Sometimes you get exactly what you didn't pay for......
