Easy, straightforward, and forward, with no trick questions. Just be yourself and straightforward. Great campus culture (perceived). Pay could be better. Please know that interviews are extensive and most likely take hours to complete.

I drove up the night before and was put up in a hotel. Members of search committee met me there for dinner. The following day, I answered a set of interview questions, met with the departmental chair, did a research talk and teaching demo, met with students and had a campus tour.
