Interview
The interview was an online on-demand interview so I had to record myself answering questions that were written on the screen. I think this style of was more difficult than a live video interview or a phone interview.

Interview
Zoom interview with the entire team in the regional office. There were ~6 people in the team and each introduced themselves and their daily responsibilities before I was asked to.

The interview was more conversational, they just asked about projects I had been working on and how they could have been related to the role.

Interview
It conducted in a 30-minute video call through Microsoft Teams. I was with two other actuarial associates and it was mostly to get to know who I am. They went through my resume while asking questions; then I was able to ask any questions of my own about their experience on the job.

What was one of the things I learned in my coding/computer science classes?
The interview process has 3 levels. First is just a conversation, second is a technical assessment, and third is interviewing with multiple people. I thought the assessment was very fair in analyzing my thinking. I got to talk to multiple people within the company which was nice.
