One of the actuaries was incredibly condescending during the interview process. Given that they are in the consulting industry, I would have expected stronger communication skills. The salary increase does not make up for the toxic attitude I probably would have continued receiving at this branch.

Interview
The first round is a call with a recruiter going over your resume and asking basic behavioral questions. Second and third rounds are with senior actuaries. There is also an assessment to be completed

was invited for hr screening two weeks after applying online, general behavioral questions last for 20 mins, then Excel assessment, final round was a superday interview, three rounds back to back
The interview was very long, lasting for nearly six hours, which made it quite exhausting both mentally and physically. The questions covered a wide range of topics, extending all the way back to my high school experiences.
