Interview
The interview process at Million Air was professional, welcoming, and relatively straightforward. The focus was less on scripted behavioral questions and more on customer service, hospitality, professionalism, and overall fit for the role and company culture. The interviewers were friendly and genuinely interested in learning about my background, career goals, and personality. As someone coming from an aviation background, I found the process comfortable and conversational. Communication throughout the process was clear, and the hiring timeline moved quickly compared to many other companies. Overall, it was a positive experience that made me feel valued as a candidate

If they are hiring you just call to arrange when to turn in an app. The office manager will then call you to schedule for an interview.
The interview isn't even an interview. The manager just talks about the company and that's pretty much it besides one or two questions.
