Standard interview with basic questions. Interview with Partner and lawyer ordinarily, Behavioural and experience questions, no real curveballs. Usually a phone interview with HR first to determine suitability for the role.
Mocked by the recruiter during the phone screening. The recruiter questioned my resume and laughed at me. Would never join Mills Oakley because of this. Terrible. I will never apply again for Mills Oakley.
