Mills & Reeve BD interview questions

Interviewers were very nice and professional. However, after months of chasing the recruiter internally, I received no feedback or outcome from the first stage interview - I made many attempts to reach out via phone and email. Two months later, I noticed the job was being advertised again, and got in touch to finally receive a formal decline and general feedback two months after my first interview. Positive experience with the interviewers but the recruitment process was not a good look for the company.
