The interview process was 4 rounds. I interviewed with hiring manager, current engineers and two company executives. All interviews were remote. The interview process was lengthy but gave a good opportunity to meet the team and company members to understand the workplace environment.
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Millstone Medical Outsourcing (Fall River, MA) in June 2017
Interview
I was met by ops mgr and production mgr, asked a few questions , given a tour and walked out. I think I was the oldest person in the building as most were maybe 30 or so. Definitely had the feeling I was being blown off because of my age(over 40). I never got any further response from them. I felt discriminated against
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
there really were no difficult questions: I have a ton of experience, probably more than required and had no problem with questions
My interview was scheduled for 3 pm but they had a management meeting at 3 so I wasn't seen until closer to 4. The interview was very laid back, he asked me some broad questions about my experience while we walked through the building.
