Interviewer calls for appointment. We have a great conversation; the company's values and mine were well aligned; the man who interviewed me is my current great supervisor. I was hired on the spot.

Question 1
It's kind of a blur; this was six months ago and we immediately connected, so it's hard to parse it out. I think I remember being asked at the end, "What do you find the most challenging in performing your job?"

Interview
There was an initial skype interview with someone in HR and then an in person. Both friendly and easy going people. The initial interview had more typical interview questions and was longer - around 30 min. The second was more about my experience and was quick and to the point - about 15 minutes.
