Interview
Received a call from HR after about a week from applying. Asked general questions about pervious role and what experience I have.
Then never heard back, assuming that I did not get the job. I would be nice to get a rejection email instead of waiting for an answer.

Interview
My initial interview with HR occurred over a week after applying. I heard back around two weeks later to schedule the in-person interview, which consisted of three different panels (four team members, two higher-ups, and a one-on-one last). I genuinely enjoyed the conversations, and while it's a long process, it's not rigorous. I sent a thank you email, and HR informed me they hope to connect with the team soon.
However, I never received any communication. Ghosting a final candidate is a bad look. It’s possible I will eventually receive a rejection email but considering the time and energy people dedicate to the interview process, the amount of time that’s passed reflects poorly on them. I think people should be aware that if you apply and move through the hiring process, there’s a chance you will not hear back.

Interview
It was pretty straightforward more dependent on your behavioral aspect. They ask you about why you are interested in this field and what experiences you have. Then they ask you about your leadership skills and if you had any prior leadership experience.
