Met them at a career fair and stood in a long line to talk to a recruiter. Had a good conversation and was sent to a screening interview the next week. Interview was my first engineering interview and was tough because of not being prepared. Was removed from candidate pool after first round interview.

Got interview through career fair, didnt make it past first round, interview was basically asking me about my experiences, and why I chose them, not very technical in my opinion
