Interview
First was the Phone call interview for screening which lasted about half an hour.
Second interview is a detailed 4 hour video panel round. Mostly behavioral questions which required technical backing.

First there is a recruiter phone screen. Then a functional phone interview. Then they bring you in for multiple interviews with different people. At this on-site, the cycle the interviewers through the room.
Phone interview with recruiter first, then a phone interview with another engineer (not the hiring manager). After the second interview I was ghosted for a month (no reply to any emails) until they finally sent a rejection email.

There were two rounds of interviews. The first was over the phone and the second interview was in person. I met with a few people individually durring that time. It was a very relaxed interview.
