About a half hour process. Interviewer asks about previous project and educational experience, as well as team experiences. Be prepared to answer some on the fly technical questions. It is recommended that you also do some research on the company prior as well.

Question 1
Describe a project you worked on recently and how you overcame a technical problem
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Milwaukee Tool
Interview
First round was a standard hr screening where recruiter asked about background/experience with different technologies, etc. very straightforward
Second round was IMO longer than necessary - consisted of 5 onsite interviews back-to-back with a variety of different people. Great to meet all of them. I did not get an offer, which is fine, but I would've at least liked to have gotten some feedback given the time I put into the in-person interviews. Instead I got a generic "we are moving forward with other candidates" message from recruiter, and never heard back when I asked for feedback. No coding interviews but did get asked some system design questions

Question 1
What is the difference between a left-join and an inner-join in SQL?
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Milwaukee Tool (Brookfield, WI) in June 2021
Interview
Went through two rounds of interviews, one over the phone with HR, the second over zoom. The second round consisted of three 30-45 minute interviews. The employees seemed nice and professional, asked basic interview questions. After I was told that they you get back to me within a week or two. Unfortunately I was never contacted again, even after I reached out.
