They conduct pretty standard interview with all the expected questions, but there are many different people involved in the hiring process. Had to communicate with multiple people in three stages.

Question 1
What was an instance where you faced a problem and overcame it?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Mimecast (Boston, MA) in June 2024
Interview
Very quick, only one round where you actually speak with people. Video interview to begin with that is straight forward. Presentation and mock cold call are tough but if you prepare well should be easy.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Mimecast in Nov 2022
Interview
Took nearly a month for the internal recruiter to give me a call after putting in my application. had to follow up with the person who referred me to contact them about my application. Had a really good call with the first BDR manager. Ended up having a second call with another manager, unfortunately suffered from technical issues which contributed to a bad interview. The manager who took the interview just didn’t seem particularly interested in why I would be a good fit for the role.
Was given a second chance for the role & thought the interview went well. Was told I would be informed about the decision within 24 hours. It’s been a week and I’ve had no answer back from the recruiter or the BDR managers (I’ve used email & LinkedIn but haven’t received anything back.) Overall a frustrating experience with a lack of professionalism
