I submitted my resume and was invited to complete their one way video interview where you answer 5-8 questions. The feedback I received was very positive, but they didn't pass me through. They did invite me to reapply and look at other roles, so it was confusing as to why I go further in the interview process.

Question 1
How would you respond to a client that is nervous about their first journey.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Mindbloom (New York, NY)
Interview
They asked me to answer written questions and then submit a video interview. The video questions were somewhat complex but I felt it was generally easeful. I was disappointed to not move forward with the interview process from here, and they declined to let me know why.

Question 1
Do you think businesses should publicly state their social and political beliefs?
The first interview was a two-part "asynchronous" interview. One part consisted of using Loom to create a no-more-than 5 minute video answering four questions. The other part was a written assignment answering two questions. Questions are a mixture of client situations, personal opinion, and personal coaching approach.
