I got a call from a recruiting firm know as career2connect & I had an exploratory call with them for around 20-25 minutes understanding the role and responsibility of the position that is being offered and also provided them few initial details. During this phone screening they also checked if I'm a good fit for the position. Following this call I went through the below mentioned rounds. 1) Online Test - Cognitive Assessment (20 minutes, 40 Questions) & Personality Assessment (Not timed): This was the very first round which was a kind of CCAT test followed by personality assessment both of these has to be done on video recording and an online proctor. Results will be announced in couple of days and if you made it. You will have your first interview scheduled. 2) Technical Interview - Round 1 I was contacted by Vishal, HR - Mindbody. An interview was scheduled with a technical lead/Project manager at Mindbody who asked questions related to Big data Technologies, Project related questions, Hadoop ecosystem, Cloud providers like AWS, Azure etc. SQL query writing & Python programming questions and few more scenario based questions. The interview went on for around 45 minutes and if you pass this you will get to know in 2-3 days. 3) Technical Interview - Round 2 I was contacted yet again by Vishal, He enquired my availability to set another round of interview, This interview was conducted during night time (9.30 PM) as the interviewer was from the US. He asked questions about technology stack in current company, certifications, scenario based questions, Agile - SCRUM SAFE, old projects, Cloud health & finops etc. Overall the interview went on for 1 hours and if you pass this you will get to know in 1-2 days. 4) Managerial Interview - I was contacted yet again by Vishal, He enquired my availability to set another round of interview, This interview was again conducted during night time (10.00 PM) as the hiring manager was in the US and he will be my reporting manager also. He asked common project management related questions, assessed me in terms of cultural fit and my behavioral traits in various situation. The interview went on for around 40 minutes. 5) HR Discussion - Within the next day, I got a call from Vishal mentioning that I have been selected and there will be a small HR discussion during which I asked questions related to compensation, benefits, leaves, various HR policies etc. After all of this I received my offer letter online which I signed and submitted. Overall the process was very smooth and every stakeholder worked like a professional.
