Polite, efficient & effective interview process; I certainly was not at the top of my game that day during the interview. I recommend if you are having an off day to not reschedule your interview. My process: Applied via Linkedin job posting and received a phone interview within a week with the Director of Talent Acquisition; She contacted me for the phone interview, set the agenda and the process was 45 minutes. The interviewer had very simple questions, but my answers were not concise. I didn't follow my own advice which is answer each question, with the goal, execution and result. I would recommend making sure you have short, concise answers 2-5 sentences for each question. Also, make sure you have reviewed their new app which is very cool and interactive. It is part of knowing about the company. The interviewer wrapped up with Q & A. Of course, I replayed the interview over and over, I was fairly sure I was not getting a second interview but the interviewer said it was up to the Sr. Director of the Marketing department to chose candidates for the 2nd round. I am disappointed because I did not get to the 2nd round but was not surprised. I interviewed on Monday and on Friday received the not selected letter. I was so happy for the quick turnaround and thought that was extremely professional. This is a great company and good luck to you!
