Moved to SLO temporarily from Los Angeles, and was surprised to see a digital company that was in line with previous work. Initial phone call was fairly standard by recruiter and had a in person meeting a week after. ***they use Mindbody software to book interviews and communicate. It's extremely unprofessional and impersonal considering this was a director role.*** Hiring manager had little to no experience in the field outside of Mindbody. I was very surprised by her position and inability to discuss topics related to the industry, best practices, and the competition. She gave off a very threatened demeanor.
