The interviewer didn't have their camera on, which felt a bit odd. The interview lasted around 20 minutes, during which we discussed the position, my professional experience, and I had the opportunity to ask some questions. Afterward, I received a task to complete, but unfortunately, they stopped responding after that.

I applied via LinkedIn. The COO, Monika emailed asking for an interview, detailing a time and virtual meeting. I followed up to ask about the salary and if they offer remote working. On the day of what would've been the interview, i emailed to confirm and had been ghosted with no follow up email to cancel or to confirm what I had asked. This is a big red flag for me and after reading a few similar reviews online - i would avoid!

The interview process was unprofessional as it gets, lack of feedback. e.g "motivational compensation, benefits, perks and working in international environment, hybrid model" is equal to freelance job with no contract.
