I got asked basic questions about handling customer questions and how to manage irate customers. They also asked about my language proficiency to handle international customers and my previous work experiences.

Received a call to confirm my interest and arrange for Skype interview. Skype interview with HR and account Manager. Proceeded to the next round for written assessment. After a successful written assessment an offer was received. Once the offer was accepted the details of training were confirmed.
