Met with several team members, including Heather. It was positive and easy to talk to each team member. They asked a lot of questions but also wanted to make sure I was a culture fit as well, which I appreciated as this is a huge driver for me in choosing the right company to work for.

I applied online. I interviewed at Mindshare PR (Los Altos, CA) in May 2015
Interview
The interview is set up so you can meet all, if not most of the team. At mindshare they emphasize cohesion and team work, since projects are tasked on a group or partner basis. As oppose to a panel interview, the interview is set so you meet everyone individually, which I do prefer, but the questions can get very repetitive.
