It was not so hard. The interviewers were friendly. It was around 30 minutes. Some of the questions were technical. The conversation started by talking about my background. They also talk about position responsibilities.

Interview
Their interview process for the technical support position and probably for many more is a time limited, attempt limited self recording video online responding to questions they give you. They gave simple questions and questions referring to what you know about the company and how you would go about talking to a customer.
