I sent my CV by email and they called me for an interview which I attended. They gave me the go-ahead and told me that they would email me the date of my first day of work. They never did. I wrote multiple emails to them asking for a response and they never responded, total lack of professionalism.

Very Quick and easy. Come to the day office, take a coffee and managers will come to have a chat with you about your previous experience but beginners are welcomes. Just make proof of good sense and good attitude is enough, the rest is tested during your trial. Team mates are very helpfull at the beginning so no worries.
