Had an interview with a Mintz practice group leader several years ago. It went very professionally overall, even though I wasn't ultimately hired for the role. The role itself was actually discontinued for some reason, meaning that nobody was ultimately hired for that position.
three rounds. I didn't get it. They hired an intern instead. I was a 3L. First two interviews were amazing. Last interviewer came in late and didn't want to talk to me. Everyone else was lovely. She said she was going to retire in the next few years.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Mintz (Boston, MA) in Aug 2021
Interview
Had 3 rounds of screenings/interviews. First, a phone screen w/HR, followed by panel interviews with partners, associates, and the practice manager. Last round was as a group.
Received positive feedback from my recruiter after each round, then they ghosted me after multiple follow-ups from my recruiter. Very disrespectful, considering the time and effort expended on preparing thoughtfully.
