First, HR will do a phone screening to ask questions such as when we can onboard, what we know about the company and some aspects about ourselves. Then, they will arrange an interview 1-2 days later, at the interview, in addition to personal information, they will also ask about professional knowledge.

There were multiple stages and the interviewees were very nice. They wanted to know about my experience and what I could offer. I was also asked to display my ability to speak multiple languages.
