They have a really good hiring coordinator. She is funny, inviting and approachable. The staff were very friendly and I got to tour the house I would work in and meet some of the team.

cooking cleaning helping residents, doing showers, in depth cleaning while making sure you take a break by exactly 30 mins frustrating this place is a joke as for it's "vision" don't go here it isn't worth it.

Interview
A fairly standard interview, but with an eye toward interviewees knowledge of up-to-date nursing home practices. This home is much different from regular/legacy nursing homes and so staff chosen accordingly. The process is much like any other staff position at a health care location, 1 face to face interview after submitting application. Current staff (AND elder residents) will have a say in hiring new staff.
