I had an interview with the founder and then moved onto an animation test. The founder was so lovely. The test was a bit messy as files were not clean.

One video call with two Motion designers seniors about the role and my professional experiences. The second phase was to deliver an animation task in less than 4 hours. After a while, they sent me an email saying that they decided not to go further with my application. They were very polite and reasonable.
