I was interviewing for the CSM role however I was asked to proceed with the AE role. We had very normal typical interview questions such as asking for the previous experience and my strength and so on.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Miro in Dec 2024
Interview
I had a fantastic interview experience at Miro—professional, transparent, and engaging. The process was well-structured, with clear expectations and timelines. Conversations felt insightful and welcoming, focusing on both skills and cultural fit. The interviews were challenging yet supportive, allowing me to showcase my strengths while learning about the company. Overall, a great experience that reflects Miro’s strong values and commitment to innovation!

Question 1
How has your experience been working with a team that includes many younger professionals? What do you find most rewarding or challenging about it?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Miro in Sept 2024
Interview
TLDR I have applied for Miro twice and both times, they have immediately disregarded my application. They do not follow up via email or phone call.
Context:
I initially applied for a CSM role 2-years ago - at the time I had 8 years CSM experience in similar companies, strong performance results, and already strong relationships with clients they have. After two weeks I didn’t hear back (no email or call from the hiring manager) which I found odd so applied again. They then reached out and said they didn’t want to pursue a conversation. It felt unnecessarily insulting phrasing, however I assumed they’d already found another candidate and moved on.
I recently saw that a CSM position has opened up again so applied. Now with 10-years of experience under my belt and a solid history of success - yet again, no call from a hiring manager or even an email response.
Such a shame because it’s such a brilliant tool - something I frequently recommend to fellow CS for collaborative account management and success plans that incorporate the whole business.
I can only assume they’re quite black and white with who they want to hire and if you don’t tick their boxes, they won’t engage in conversation. Perhaps a reflection of a rigid internal culture that lacks diversity.
Please be wary if you apply.
I applied online. I interviewed at Miro (Austin, TX)
Interview
Their CSM role has been up for over a month. I never received an email with either a rejection, or that they they'd like to meet for a phone interview. Instead, I received multiple feedback emails asking how my interview experience was. Not only that, but they sent this feedback request multiple times and did not respond to my outreach. Very unprofessional
