The entire interview process was highly organized and well-structured. At every stage, it was clear what the next steps would be and what was expected of me. Additionally, the support from HR throughout the process was outstanding - they genuinely wanted candidates to perform at their best and provided the guidance needed to help us succeed.

First, call with HR to see common from Miro side and personal side. Then, interview with the hiring manager. After that, mock call with manager and higher manager. Finally, last interview for individual and culture fit with higher manager. Overall regular check-ins with HR to see how I feel, giving more tips for interview preparation, etc. Very well guided and transparent process.
