I arrived early, filled out the paperwork, and waited. Not my first choice for work but I was open to an interview. The recruiter called me back and everything was going well until she saw my experience as a CNA. She then asked and offered that I be a CNA instead despite my degree because they have "trouble finding CNAs to work" there (which is not my problem). When I declined her tone changed and she was adamant to know why and cut the interview short when I straightforwardly but politely refused to be a CNA again. I took it as disrespectful to me, especially after my educational and professional accomplishments, and the pay was an insult to me. I will never apply or donate here again.
