Miso Robotics interview questions

Really awesome to meet the team, everyone seemed pretty engaged and excited about their work. The engineering director asked very smart questions and the group seemed to jive well during the conversation. Interview was rated average difficulty as questions were very engaging and challenging but well within my scope. However I can tell it would be more of a difficult interview for candidates that might be trying to embellish their experiences. Unfortunate timing resulted in myself declining their offer however I can tell I would have enjoyed working there.

The interview process was really approachable. We started with a phone call, followed by a Google Meet, and then an in-person interview. I met with the head of HR for my first few interviews. For my last interview, my direct report joined and then I talked to the other members of HR in a more colloquial way.
