Interview
There are two rounds of interviews - the first day is an interview with one manager, and if they like you, they invite you back for another day with a shift follow and interviews with other managers.
2 step interview process with a servant heart leader then a general manager. behavioral questions. They asked a lot of your common interview questions but you don’t have to have a ton of experience just passion

Interview
Interview process is long, roughly 4 months but very worthwhile, especially for a non toxic work culture. A lot of back and forths but if you dont hear back within the first 2 months best to move on
