Great interview process - the interviewers were engaging, genuine, and authentic. The conversations were fun and felt natural. Every interviewer knew the company well and spoke to strengths and areas for improvement. I really enjoyed my experience.
Phone screening with HR, then a virtual interview with hiring managers. They use the STAR method. Friendly atmosphere and felt like a natural conversation, everyone was nice and well prepared.

Interview
First, a phone call with an initial recruiter, I think we discussed my work history. Then two or three (I don't remember) video interviews with managers (one of whom ended up being my manager when I worked there - I don't anymore). All virtual. All the interviewers were friendly, I wasn't nervous to talk to them. Heard back very quickly throughout the process.
