Recruiter actively pursued me for days and would message me on indeed asking for my schedule. When I would respond with my schedule, I wouldn't receive any response back for either hours at a time. If not the following day. Then 15 minutes before my first interview, the recruiter decided to finally review my application and see that one of the questions I answered was not going to be a good fit for them. 15 minutes BEFORE my interview. The lack of attention to detail alone makes me not want to be with this company. This recruiter was mildly aggressive and irritating in communication style. But to leave me hanging 15 minutes before the interview because you didn't read through my application that you were so darn impressed with? I am utterly disappointed but glad I dodged this bullet because if they run this company with that lack of attention to detail, I don't want to be a part of it.
