I applied online then received a call from the recruiter from Nashville for the company and conducted a pre-screen interview. I was moved on to a formal in person interview here in Jacksonville. I was given the wrong time for the interview and arrived an hour early but just killed time and came back and had what I thought was a good interview. I attempted to follow up with the recruiter to find out where I stood and did not hear back until several days later when she said they wanted to move me to the third and final stage which was a phone interview with someone in Nashville. She asked if I was available the next day at 10:30am for him to call me and I said absolutely. The next day came and no phone call. I asked the recruiter and she said there was a scheduling issue with the man I needed to talk to and would get back to me. Days go by and I follow up again, only to find shes out of the office for the week but she left contact information for another recruiter in the company. I contacted another recruiter who immediately seemed to understand my situation and she asked my availability so she could reschedule that phone interview for me. I gave it to her and she said she would get back to me. I never heard from either of them again and found a better job. This whole process took over a month. A big waste of time.

Thank you for taking the time to meet with our team and your graciousness of waiting nearly an hour for that interview. We apologize our second level interview did not take place. It is our policy to reach out to all interviewees when an interview rescheduled or another candidate is selected by email or phone call. We have brought your situation to the attention of the recruiting team, and trust that it is an isolated incident. The team is retraining on the processes to ensure that the candidate communication and experience are at the highest level.
