Several interviews, including a group interview. Lots of role plays and skill-based assessment. The main focus was how I would be able to quickly plan and execute training. Those interviewing were very friendly and helpful, and at the same time objective and focused.

One initial video interview and a single interview with a panel of interviewers. Video interview was simple. Group interview was focused on training questions and situational questions. Overall not too hard, but a good relationship with the interviewers is important.
